Start off your visit on the 16th (Tue): explore the historical opulence of Osaka Castle, then wander the streets of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street, and then wander the streets of Dotonbori.

Singapore, Singapore to Osaka is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of flight, bus, and train. The time zone difference moving from Singapore Time (SGT) to Japan Standard Time (JST) is 1 hour. The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
Start off your visit on the 17th (Wed): step into the grandiose world of Nijo Castle, take in the spiritual surroundings of Kinkaku-ji, then take an in-depth tour of Kyoto Museum of Traditional Crafts Fureaikan, and finally contemplate the long history of Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine. On the next day, steep yourself in history at Heian Shrine, don't miss a visit to Gion, and then don't miss a visit to Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

Kyoto is just a short distance from Osaka. In April, plan for daily highs up to 22°C, and evening lows to 11°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 18th (Thu) early enough to travel to Tokyo.

Traveling by train from Kyoto to Tokyo takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. In April in Tokyo, expect temperatures between 22°C during the day and 12°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 20th (Sat) to allow time to drive to Hakone-machi.

Drive from Tokyo to Hakone-machi in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Tokyo in April: highs in Hakone-machi hover around 15°C, while lows dip to 13°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 21st (Sun) early enough to go by car to Tateyama-machi.
